request service during normal business hours, dial
662-328-0290 and you will be greeted by the auto-attendant,
press 1 to go directly to a customer service representative.
Your information will be entered into our system,
a service work order will be generated, and a dispatcher
will dispatch the next available technician to your
location.
To
contact us "after hours", dial 662-328-0290
and you will be greeted by the auto-attendant, press
3 to hear information about after hours service. You
will have an option for "emergency" or "company
mailbox". In either case, a manager will be paged
and your call will be handled in the appropriate manner.
Please be sure to leave a call back number. You will
usually be contacted within ten minutes. Occasionally,
a communications problem or human error will result
in a call not being returned. If you do not receive
a call within twenty minutes, please call back and
leave another message.
The
above procedure is always the most efficient way to
submit a request for service. Calling a direct line
can result in your call not getting entered into the
system in a timely manner.
